View a Lesson Summary
The lesson summary allows an executive to view lesson and financial information in an almost limitless variety of ways. This report can easily reveal otherwise unknown trends and statistics, finding out where portions of income are being generated.
Begin by clicking “Lesson Summary” on the program's opening page.
What to Show
The first list allows the selection of the information to show on the report.
Cost of Units Used
Display the total value of the verified lessons. Each lesson is valued based on the enrollment amount and number of units.
Units Used
Display the number of units used in verified lessons.
Number of Lessons
Display the number of lessons, regardless of unit value.
Total Lesson Time
Display the total number of minutes of lesson time.
How to Group
The second list allows the selection of how the information will be grouped. The requested information can be listed by instructor, primary instructor, level, student, day of the week, day, or month.
Limit Results
The 8 input boxes determine the search criteria for the report. By default, the report searches for verified lessons in past 7 days. Use the Entering Search Criteria guidelines when filling these fields.
Create the Report
Press the “Create Report” button to show the summary. When viewing the summary, you can click “Printer Friendly” for a .pdf version of the report.
