View an instructor by clicking “Setup” from the program's opening screen, then clicking on the instructor's name.

If an instructor is accidentally added and should be permanently deleted, click “Delete this Instructor” at the bottom of the instructor page.

An instructor with students or lessons, past or present, may not be deleted. If an instructor is no longer teaching lessons, the instructor should be made inactive. In the Column list, choose “Do Not Show” and remove the check in the Active check box. Press Save to save the changes.
