Opening the Program
To access the Simple Appointments system, open a web browser such as Internet Explorer or FireFox on any network- or Internet-connected computer and, in the address bar, type the address of your Simple Appointments installation and press Enter.
A shortcut to this address can be created (on the desktop or elsewhere) for easy access.
To make Simple Appointments fill the entire screen (without the usual menus and buttons), press F11. Press F11 again to return to normal view.
The first page will be the sign-in page. Enter the user name and password provided to you and press “Sign In” to enter the system. Passwords are case-sensitive. Individual user names allow different users to have different permissions to access and change information. They also allow the easy removal of a user's access.
