Enter a proposal when a particular enrollment is offered to a student, but the student has not yet enrolled. Doing so makes a record of what arrangement was offered to the student and it records a “try”, which is reported on the weekly summary of studio business report. A “try” is also automatically recorded on the 4th lesson of a department II student.
From the student's financial page, click on the “Proposal (Try)” link at the top right.
The process for entering the proposal is exactly like Entering an Enrollment with Full Payment, except that when you save it, it saves a “try”, not an actual enrollment.
