==== Viewing Student Finances ====

To view a student's finances, that student must be selected on the [[lesson sheet]] page.  Either click on a lesson for that student, or use the [[Quick Find]] to select the student's name.  Below the white lesson details box on the left side, there is a link that indicates how many units the student has remaining.  Click this link to view the student's finances.

You will see a table showing all of that student's enrollments and payments, sorted by date. Enrollments are colored black. Miscellaneous payments are light blue, loan payments (if enabled) are orange, and normal payments are white. If a payment is overdue, it is colored pink no matter what type it is. 

At the bottom of the table, four totals are listed.

== Total Enrollment ==
This is the total monetary value of all enrollments for this student.

== Total Unit Payment ==
This is the total amount of money that the studio has received from the student for enrollments (this value does not include tax or 3rd party loan fees, if any).

== Total Used ==
This is the total monetary value of the lessons the student has taken.  The value of each lesson is calculated by the  cost and number of units of the enrollment that the lesson was taken using.

== Total Misc Payment ==
The total amount the studio has received from the student in miscellaneous payments.
