==== Entering a Proposal ====

Enter a proposal when a particular enrollment is offered to a student, but the student has not yet enrolled.   Doing so makes a record of what arrangement was offered to the student and it records a "try", which is reported on the [[View Franchise Reports|weekly summary of studio business report]]. A "try" is also automatically recorded on the 4th lesson of a level II student.

From the student's [[Viewing Student Finances|financial page]], click on the "Proposal (Try)" link at the top right.

The process for entering the proposal is exactly like [[Entering an Enrollment]] with Full Payment, except that when you save it, it saves a "try", not an actual enrollment.

If the student rejects the proposal and will no longer be taking lessons, click "Make Inactive" on the student's [[Viewing Student Finances|financial page]]. This will remove them from the student list for new lessons and will remove them from the Instructors this Week report.
