If a lesson is canceled and should be removed from the system, click on the lesson on the lesson sheet, then click the “Delete Lesson” link below the lesson details on the left side. This will remove all record of the lesson. Lesson counts, costs, and reports will all be recalculated (so hard copies of reports may no longer match the system).
If a lesson is canceled, but should still be charged to the student, do not delete the lesson. Instead, verify the lesson with the appropriate number of units and make a note of the cancellation in the lesson card notes of the lesson.
